6.0/10

The Westin offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a helpful atmosphere, but the service does not meet expectations, especially considering the higher points required due to the recent Marriott/SPG merger. While the location is convenient for skiing, the housekeeping and dining options leave room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were reasonably comfortable and feature kitchenettes, but they weren't as clean as I'd hoped, with some fuzz on towels and spotting on carpets.
Service
5.0
Service was friendly, but I experienced significant issues with housekeeping, as my room was often unserviced despite multiple requests.
Location
9.0
The location is great for outdoor activities and right by the slopes, making it convenient for skiing trips.
Dining
5.0
While the dining options offered good food, I found the breakfast to be lacking in variety and not worth pre-booking.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities include a nice pool area and workout space, but the lack of maintenance in some areas was disappointing.

7.4/10

This hotel has a fantastic location, close to the gondola for easy skiing, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the large one-bedroom suite. However, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment for Bonvoy benefits, and the front desk service could use some improvement. The heated pool and hot tubs were great for relaxation after a long day on the slopes, but the dining experience could use some enhancements.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a large one-bedroom suite that was quite spacious, featuring a den which was perfect for lounging. It did seem a bit worn, but it was well-appointed.
Service
5.0
The overall service was friendly, but the front desk didn’t provide the level of recognition I expected for my Bonvoy status, which was quite frustrating.
Location
9.0
The location is ideal, right by the gondola making it easy to hit the slopes and very accessible to local dining and shops.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast was decent, I was disappointed that it only included options for two guests, despite booking a room for three. The dining could certainly improve.
Facilities
7.0
The heated pool and two hot tubs were nice, adding to the appeal of the hotel, but the gym was just okay.

I had mixed feelings about my recent stay. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful valet, the check-in process left something to be desired, especially with the staff's lack of attentiveness to loyalty status. The location was convenient for outdoor activities, but noise from a pool party spoiled our evening. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay, yet the service could really improve.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were average, outfitted with kitchenettes and the comfort of Westin beds. They were clean, though I did notice some spots on the carpets.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss. While the valet staff was great, the front desk seemed inexperienced, making our check-in a bit frustrating, especially regarding loyalty recognition.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent for accessing nearby outdoor activities, making it easy to hit the slopes.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the hotel was good overall, but I missed having clearer communication regarding options available to loyalty program members.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were well-maintained overall, but the noise from the pool area during the evening hours was distracting.

7.2/10

The hotel offers a great setup for those traveling with pets, equipped with cozy rooms and easy access to nearby trails and attractions. However, the pet policy could be clearer, and there were some cleanliness issues in the public areas that could use improvement. Overall, the value for money is decent considering the amenities available.

Rooms
8.0
The suites were spacious with a kitchenette that made cooking convenient, featuring two sofas and a dining table. For the price we paid, it felt like good value for a self-catering experience.
Service
7.0
The staff was helpful and accommodating, particularly with pet amenities, offering a nice welcome gesture after a long drive. However, there was a bit of a mix-up regarding the pet fee at check-in, which created an unpleasant start.
Location
9.0
I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the village and its lovely restaurants. It was also central for skiing and other outdoor activities, making it a great base for exploration.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining service to be lacking; it was disorganized and I wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast here.
Facilities
6.0
While the amenities were decent, the public areas could use a thorough cleaning, which detracted from the overall feel of the hotel.
